Returns (refunds), exchanges, and cancellations
■ If there is a problem with the product, you must take a photo of the product and send us the image via LINE or email within 7 days of receiving it.
■Please note that if you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
■In the event of a return or refund due to customer reasons after the product has arrived, only the product price will be fully refunded.Thank you for your understanding in advance.
■ When exchange, return or cancellation is not possible
When your order has been shipped.
- If 7 days have passed since the product was delivered.
- If there are signs of use such as incorrect text on accessories or tags, small scratches, damage to the box, slight stains, or the item being different from what was shown
- If the tab, label or packaging of the product has been removed.
If your luggage is stopped by customs
If your order is caught by customs, you will receive a letter from customs. Please take a photo of the letter along with your order number and contact us.
Once we have confirmed the photo, we will respond in one of the following three ways.
① Free redelivery
② 100% full refund of product price
③ Customs clearance delivery

① Free redelivery
If you request free redelivery to the same address, there is a high possibility that the package will be stopped again, so you will need to change the address.
If we do not have an address available, we will resend the item to the same address.
We would appreciate your understanding and consideration in advance.

② 100% full refund of product price
In this case, we will refund the full amount of the item that was stopped by customs.
After the cancellation procedure, the refund or reflection will be as follows:
Credit card payment
The timing of refunds will vary depending on your card company, but on average, refunds will be reflected within 30 days or the following month from the date of cancellation.
PAYPAL
Refunds will be made to the payment method used for the original transaction.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be made to your card within 30 days of cancellation. If you paid with your PayPal balance, the refund will be made to your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days of cancellation.
You can check the status of your refund at any time from your PayPal account, so please be sure to check.

③ Customs clearance delivery
Shipping costs for customs-cleared deliveries are high due to the system that allows 100% customs clearance. Therefore, we ask for additional shipping fees. We would appreciate your understanding and consideration.
