    It usually takes about 7 to 14 days from the time your payment is confirmed (order) until your order is ready for delivery (excluding public holidays).

    A tracking number will be included in the shipping email after the product has been shipped.

    Once the tracking number is updated, the product will usually be delivered within 2 to 4 days.

    We do not sell products in stock, but rather place orders with our partner factories, etc., and after receiving the products, we inspect them at our company before delivering them to our customers.

    If your item is stopped by customs, we will handle it in one of the following three ways.


    ① Free redelivery

    ② 100% full refund of product price

    ③ Customs clearance delivery

    If you request free redelivery to the same address, there is a high possibility that the package will be stopped again, so you will need to change the address.

    If we do not have an address available, we will resend the item to the same address.
